The Reverend J. Thomas Foelber, Pastor
Pastor Foelber was born in Michigan and during his youth lived in Kansas, California and Maryland. He studied education at Concordia College - Bronxville, New York and prepared for the pastoral ministry at Concordia Theological Seminary – Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Pastor Foelber first served as a Lutheran School teacher, teaching in both elementary and secondary schools in the Baltimore area. As a pastor he served congregations in western Maryland and South Carolina before beginning his ministry at Saint James in January of 1999.
Miss Rebecca Jabs, Organist
Miss Jabs is a 2004 graduate of Concordia University, Nebraska with a BS in Education. Her fulltime work is as a called teacher in the Science and Math departments at Baltimore Lutheran School. Miss Jabs also coaches girls basketball and girls lacrosse at BLS.
Miss Melissa Weldon, Choir Director
Miss Weldon is a 1998 graduate of Concordia University, New York and in 2003 received her Master's degree in History from the University of Richmond. She is a fulltime called teacher at Baltimore Lutheran School in the areas of German and World history. Miss Weldon also coaches girls field hockey and assists in the BLS drama deptartment.
Mrs. Virginia Freeland, Office Manager
A long time member and officer of the congregation, Mrs. Freeland has served as Office Manager since the spring of 2006.
